Melges 24 Rudder Gudgeons

Elevate your Melges 24 experience with our precision-made rudder gudgeon! CNC machined from a billet block of 316L stainless steel, this premium fitting guarantees exceptional performance on the water.
 
We offer two variants, the flat-back variant each perfectly aligned with the Melges Class Association's specifications.
 
The variant featuring additional sleeves for adhesive bonding also consists of a single piece. This innovative design, achieved through molding and adhering the sleeves, establishes a secure connection with the hull. The visible side of this fitting aligns precisely with the Melges Class Association's drawing, with the added feature of supplementary sleeves.
 
Both gudgeon are fittet with IGUS iglidur® H370 sleeve bearings to fit an 12mm bolt
